Spinning: What’s HOT in fitness? Spinning! Jump on one of our customizable Lemond Rev Master series spinning bikes and start peddling!  Spinning classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels.  Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn.  The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. (45 minutes)

 

FULL THROTTLE: Intense total body conditioning

 

Spin-Sculpt: This class is not-stop biking but also incorporates upper body sculpting moves.  Try this phenomenal class for a total body workout that blasts away the fat! (45 minutes)

 

Hybrid Spin n’ Core: Best of both worlds!  Intense cardio spinning and core training combined in one class? That’s right! Tone your tummy and melt away the fat for a chiseled mid-section. (50 minutes)

 

Kettle Bell blast:  We use Kettlebells for a complete conditioning workout!  If you are nervous about using a kettlebell you can use a dumbbell instead. (45 minutes)

 

Kickbox & Core: This class focuses on the strength of the mid-section by incorporating a lot of rotational work through kicking, punching, flexion and extension of the core.   However hips, buttocks, legs, arms, shoulders, chest, and back are also incorporated for an overall lean, balanced body. (45 minutes)

 

Yoga: Classic Hatha Yoga is a perfect supplement to any training regimen. Yoga is a powerful tool for enhancing posture, balance and strength.  In addition, Yoga may help to center one’s mind, spirit, and body. (50 minutes)

 

Beginner’s Spinning: This is the perfect class to learn the basics while working at a moderate pace.  All levels are welcome as you can control your own intensity.  (30 minutes)

 

Interval Everything:  combinations of step, floor and kickboxing for a hard core cardio workout

 

Total Body Conditioning:  Exactly what it sounds like J with a variety of different tools.   Sometimes with body bars, sometimes dumbbells, bands, etc.  Sometimes all of the above J

 

Cardio craze:  always different to keep ya guessing J  but always a good cardio challenge!

 

Cardio X:  a serious cardio challenge J.

 

The Ditch: INTENSE class that brings the outdoors to you. Rain or shine, this Masters class will push you to your max!!! It's the full throttle workout your body has been yearning for!!!
